Meet the Dent Repair Now team! Our skilled technicians, Gene, Dave, Louie, Jake, and Mack, are dedicated to restoring your vehicle to its former glory. Behind the scenes, our talented team members, Melissa, Shannon, and Dylann, work everyday to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. With over 50 years of combined experience and a passion for perfection, we provide expert paintless dent repair services that are fast, affordable, and preserve your car's original finish. We also now offer Window Tint, installed by our new technician, Mack! Trust us to handle your vehicle with care and expertise.

Gene Fetty

Lead Technician/ President

Gene Fetty, our founder and head of operations, has been a driving force in the paintless dent repair industry since 2002. Starting as a one-man operation, he built Dent Repair Now into a thriving business through dedication and expertise. Gene’s commitment to excellence is evident in his work and his passion for sharing knowledge. He’s a respected figure in the industry, having taught at events like PDR Nation, PDR College, and KECO. 

Melissa Fetty

Vice President

Behind the scenes, Melissa Fetty, Gene’s wife and Vice President, plays a crucial role in keeping everything running smoothly. She handles the business’s administrative tasks, from taxes to event planning, ensuring a seamless operation. Fun fact: Gene and Melissa have been married for over 20 years and have two kids, Elena and Mack!

Dave Fisher

Technician/Shop Manager

Dave Fisher, a seasoned automotive industry expert with over 30 years of experience, joined Dent Repair Now in 2020. As our Shop Manager, he oversees operations at our Canonsburg location, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality repairs. When he's not hard at work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and two dogs. His expertise and dedication have been instrumental in growing our business and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Louie Skivolocke

Mobile Technician

Louie Skivolocke joined the Dent Repair Now team in 2012 and has since become one of our most skilled technicians. Under Gene's mentorship, Louie has mastered the art of paintless dent repair, specializing in hail damage and large-scale repairs. He is highly sought after by both body shops and individual customers, often having a waiting list for his services. When he's not repairing dents, Louie enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and furry friends, often camping across the Eastern United States.

Jake Arbogast

Mobile Technician

In late 2018, Gene expanded the team by hiring Jake Arbogast. Jake relocated to Pennsylvania from Ohio to train with Gene and quickly became a valuable member of the Dent Repair Now family. He services a wide range of clients, including body shops, dealerships, and individual customers in areas from Cranberry, PA to Morgantown, WV. Since joining the team, Jake has achieved significant milestones, including marriage, parenthood, and homeownership.

Mack Fetty

Window Tint Technician

Mack, the newest Dent Repair Now team member, is a Canon-Mac High School senior. When he's not busy with school or tinting windows, you can find him working on his car or helping out friends and family with handyman projects. While honing his skills in paintless dent repair, he's also offering professional window tinting services. Learn more about window tinting here.

Shannon Berti

Office Manager/Estimator

Shannon is our friendly and efficient office manager and estimator. She's the smiling face you'll see in the shop and the helpful voice on the phone. Shannon's warm personality and dedication to providing excellent customer service make her a valuable asset to the Dent Repair Now team. When she's not working, she enjoys flipping furniture, cooking, and cuddling with her cats. 

Dylann Jaimes

Content Manager

In mid-March 2023, Dylann was welcomed to the Dent Repair Now team. As a senior at Point Park University studying Broadcast Production and Media Management, Dylann has elevated our social media presence. She's the creative force behind all of our content, helping us grow our YouTube channel to over 1.4k subscribers! When she's not busy with school or work, Dylann enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, dog, and two cats.

Milo

Shop Dog

Meet Milo, the unofficial shop dog!  This adorable Cavapoo sometimes joins his mom, Dylann, for a day of work. Always up for a belly rub or a game of fetch, Milo brings a furry dose of joy to the Dent Repair Now team.
