So, back to our story….we had a client email us about a dime size dent on the quarter panel of his 2020 Rolls Royce Wraith.  Now, after we all commented on what a SWEET car this was, the technicians started talking logistics.  The dent is small, which is good.  The quarter panel has no access to get a tool behind the dent. Not ideal, but still not a deal breaker….and something I learned…Each Rolls Royce is made individually.  No assembly line.  They are hand painted!  This gave us pause, as our only option to remove the dent was to glue pull.  (We have a great article on glue pulling you can read!)  Our head technician did some research on glue pulling on Rolls Royce panels.  The owner of the car and Dave (head technician) agreed to move forward with the repair.  With our client’s permission, we were able to video the repair.
