When scheduling paintless dent repair appointments, I am often asked, “Can I wait while my repair is being done?” or “Can I drop it off the night before?” The answer to both of these questions is, “Yes.” When we schedule repairs, I will ask our customers if they plan to wait or drop off their car or truck. It is important to know this information so we can schedule accordingly. Because of space limitations in our garage, and the probability of having only one technician available at the shop, we do not schedule 2 repairs at the same time, or overlapping times if both owners are wanting to wait on their repairs. We can be flexible of course, if you weren’t planning to wait but as things turned out, you now don’t have a ride, or for whatever reason, you must wait on your repair. Things happen. We get that.
So, you’re waiting on your repair. Most times, that means your repair time is estimated at under three hours. Most people do not want 
to wait longer than that unless absolutely necessary. What are you going to do to pass the time? Unfortunately, walking anyway is not a wise choice because of the high volume of traffic, and the road has no walkways or sidewalks. We have a clean and well-lit waiting area for our customers.
You can make a fresh cup of coffee, and relax at the countertop, or a chair, or futon. We have free Wi-Fi for your convenience, which has benefitted those who need to work remotely while their car is being repaired.
There is a well-known little diner across the street called Bishops Corner Cafe. You can relax there with a light breakfast and a cup of coffee. If burgers are more your thing, they have those too!
If your repair time is estimated longer than you want to hang around, you can order an uber and go visit The Mall at Robinson which is only a couple of miles from the shop. You can have lunch there, do some shopping, and make a day of it. We are also in close proximity to Robinson Town Center where there are a variety of restaurants and shopping opportunities.
On the other hand, many of our customers would rather a dent repair not interrupt their daily routine. They find that it is easier to drop their car or truck off the evening before, or first thing in the morning. Opting to leave their vehicle until the repair is complete. We have a place to drop your keys on the side of the building with two garage bay doors.
Once your repair is complete, we will notify you and you can make a plan to return and pick up your “good as new” vehicle. We advise our customers that we are open until 5pm Monday through Friday. If that time frame doesn’t work for you, we have options on payment and pick up outside of normal business hours. We can make a short video of the repaired panel and text or email it to you. Once you’ve seen and approved of your repair, we can take a payment by phone, and you can pick up your vehicle at your leisure. We really do try to accommodate all of our customers’ needs.
Once your car or truck repair is complete, then payment is required before we can release your vehicle. What types of payments do we accept? I’m glad you asked!

We know that accepting credit cards improves our customers experience by reducing their need to carry cash and the convenience of one swipe and you are on your way. Along with credit cards, we also accept debit cards. Debit cards are linked to a customer’s bank account and can be used to pay for goods and services without the need for cash. Many people prefer to use debit cards because they are more convenient than carrying cash, and they offer an extra level of security because they require a PIN to use.
Personal checks are another payment option we accept. While not as commonly used as in the past, we know that some of our customers still prefer to pay by check. We recognize that checks provide our customers with a paper trail of their transaction, making it easy to keep track of their spending. We also accept insurance checks when repairing a vehicle that has damage that was covered by your insurance.
We also accept debit cards. Debit cards are linked to a customer’s bank account and can be used to pay for goods and services without the need for cash. Many people prefer to use debit cards because they are more convenient than carrying cash, and they offer an extra level of security because they require a PIN to use.
